Business Analytics (BA) is an evolving phenomenon that showcases
the increasing importance of using huge volumes of data to generate
value for businesses. Advances in BA have offered great
opportunities for organisations to improve, innovate, and develop
existing or new processes, products, and services. BA is the
process of transforming data into actionable insight by using
statistical and mathematical analysis, descriptive, prescriptive,
and predictive models, machine learning, information systems and
network science methods, among others, along with a variety of
data, expert knowledge, and fact-based management to support better
and faster decision-making. BA and Business Intelligence (BI)
generate capabilities for companies to compete in the market
effectively and has become one of the main functional areas in most
companies. BA tools are used in diverse ways, for example, to
identify consumer behaviour patterns and market trends, to derive
valuable insights on the performance of stocks, to find information
on the attrition rate of employees, to analyse and solve healthcare
problems, to offer insight into inventory management and supply
chain management, to analyse data from social networks, and to
infer traffic behaviour and develop traffic management policy,
among others. BA and BI have become one of the most popular
research areas in academic circles, as well as in the industry,
driven by the increasing demand in the business world. This book
aims to become a stimulus for innovative business solutions
covering a wide range of aspects of business analytics, such as
management science, information technology, descriptive,
prescriptive, and predictive models, machine learning, network
science, mathematical and statistical techniques. The book will
encompass a valuable collection of chapters exploring and
discussing computational frameworks, practices, and applications of
BA that can assist industries and relevant stakeholders in
decision-making and problem-solving exercises, with a view to
driving competitive advantage.

Learning. It also includes various real-time/offline applications
and case studies in the fields of engineering, computer science,
information security and cloud computing using modern tools. This
book consists of two sections: Section I contains the topics
related to Applications of Machine Learning, and Section II
addresses issues about Big Data, the Cloud and the Internet of
Things. This brings all the related technologies into a single
source so that undergraduate and postgraduate students,
researchers, academicians and people in industry can easily
understand them. Features Addresses the complete data science
technologies workflow Explores basic and high-level concepts and
services as a manual for those in the industry and at the same time
can help beginners to understand both basic and advanced aspects of
machine learning Covers data processing and security solutions in
IoT and Big Data applications Offers adaptive, robust, scalable and
reliable applications to develop solutions for day-to-day problems
Presents security issues and data migration techniques of NoSQL
databases
Research in the field of service quality and consumer behavior has
developed in many dimensions in the past decade. A number of models
have been developed to determine the factors leading to
satisfaction; however, within the past few years, scholars have
proved that satisfaction is not sufficient to leave a strong mark
in the minds of the customers. Service quality and customer delight
have been the buzzwords in the business world in recent times as
scholars have proven that customer delight is the key to customer
retention. Global Observations on the Interplay Between Service
Quality and Customer Delight considers how companies around the
world in a cross-cultural environment are dealing with service
quality and customer delight and proposes a global outlook on the
current trends, tactics, and opportunities. Covering key topics
such as buyer funnels, consumer dissonance, and digital solutions,
this reference work is ideal for business owners, managers,
industry professionals, researchers, scholars, practitioners,
academicians, instructors, and students.
This book is targeted towards cybersecurity professionals
(especially those dealing with cloud security) or any stakeholders
dealing with cybersecurity who want to understand the next level of
security infrastructure using blockchain. The book's security and
privacy analysis help with an understanding of the basics of
blockchain, and it explores the quantifying impact of the new
attack surfaces introduced by blockchain technologies and
platforms. In addition, the book contains relevant and current
updates on the topic. It follows a practical approach to help
understand how blockchain technology is used to transform
cybersecurity solutions.

Data mining techniques are commonly used to extract meaningful
information from the web, such as data from web documents, website
usage logs, and hyperlinks. Building on this, modern organizations
are focusing on running and improving their business methods and
returns by using opinion mining. Extracting Knowledge From Opinion
Mining is an essential resource that presents detailed information
on web mining, business intelligence through opinion mining, and
how to effectively use knowledge retrieved through mining
operations. While highlighting relevant topics, including the
differences between ontology-based opinion mining and feature-based
opinion mining, this book is an ideal reference source for
information technology professionals within research or business
settings, graduate and post-graduate students, as well as scholars.

Gutta Percha is being used in dentistry, especially in the field of
endodontics for a very long time with lot of clinical success. This
text book describes the manufacturing of the product, its physical
and chemical nature and its various forms, used in root canal
treatment. Recent manufacturing modifications have taken this
material a step further and has made it a material of choice for
endodontists till a better replacement is found in the future. This
text book will help dental undergraduates and post graduates
understand the material better to work more efficiently with it.
This text also highlights the various techniques and equipment used
for obturating root canal systems with the help of Gutta Percha as
a root canal filling material. This material has shown excellent
clinical success and more we understand its properties the better
handling can drastically improve the success rate of the treatment
done. This is nature's gift to endodontists and is here to stay.

the field of dentistry. It deals with the history of digital imaging
in dentistry and its present scope. It covers the latest technology
used in dental imaging as well as the detailed technical know how
of each imaging portfolio. It covers various technologies like CT,
MRI, 3D CT, CBCT.It compares various imaging portfolios with each
other and gives a overall view of the various technologies
available for various treatment protocols for the patients as well
as the dentist. This text will also help the technical staff as well
as the undergraduates and postgraduates to understand their
operated machines in a better way to get the best results for the
given treatment.Digitizing dental Imaging has revolutionized the
way dentistry is surging ahead in the future. This is a dream come
true for dentists.A vision Fulfilled
The thesis is divided into two parts one for dimension 2 and the
other for dimension 3. Part one of the thesis generalizes the de
nition of an n-dimensional HQFT in terms of a monoidal functor from
a rigid symmetric monoidal category X Cobn to any monoidal category
A. In particular, 2-dimensional HQFTs with target K(G,1) taking
values in A are generated from any Turaev G-crossed system in A and
vice-versa. This is the generalization of Turaev's theory into a
purely categorical set-up. Part two of the thesis generalizes the
concept of a group-coalgebra, Hopf group-coalgebra, crossed Hopf
group-coalgebra and quasitriangular Hopf group-coalgebra over a
group scheme. Quantum double of a crossed Hopf group-scheme
coalgebra is constructed in the a ne case and conjectured for non-a
ne case. We can construct 3-dimensional HQFTs from modular crossed
G-categories. The category of representations of a quantum double
of a crossed Hopf group-coalgebra is a ribbon(quasitriangular)
crossed group-category. Hence generates 3-dimensional HQFTs under
certain conditions if the category becomes modular. However,
systematic nding of modular crossed G-categories is largely open.
